Weightlifting Wales is pleased to release the Celtic Nations selection policy for 2024. The Celtic Nations will be taking place on the 2nd November at Bangor University.

Celtic Nations is annual international team competition against Scotland and Ireland. Each country enters a team of 18 athletes, made up of six youth, six junior and six senior athletes. To determine the overall winner all Sinclair scores are added.

Athletes must complete an application of interest to be eligible for selection. Please read the policy thoroughly before submitting an application of interest. You can complete the online application of interest HERE
