Payment Flow and Delivery
Full payment is required for all services (competition entry, membership and course attendance).
Competition entry and membership confirmed immediately following full payment. Competition entry and membership sent digitally within 5 working days of purchase.
Course attendance confirmed immediately following full payment, documentation sent within 5 working days of purchase. Documentation sent digitally.
Cancellation of services and Refunds
Course cancellation:
50% of the course will be refunded if WW is notified more than 31 days before the course (minus a 10% admin fee)
If WW is notified less than 31 days before the course the cost will not be refunded
For any cancellation WW can transfer the candidate to a course at a later date if notified 31 days or more prior to the course (incurring an admin fee of £10 per transfer).
Membership cancellation:
50% of the membership will be refunded if WW is notified less than than 31 days after purchase (minus a 10% admin fee)
Competition entry:
50% of the entry fee will be refunded if WW is notified less than 31 days after purchase (minus a 10% admin fee)

This Website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms of use.
You may print and download documents from this Website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this Website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in Website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
