Key Information

  • Date: 9th March
  • Venue: SAW Cymru, Pembrokeshire Sports Village
  • Location: Haverfordwest, parking available on-site
  • Start List and Timings: The start list for the competition, along with the detailed schedule for the day, can be found in the information pack above. Please review this document to familiarise yourself with the timings of the day's events and any other essential details.
  • Venue Amenities: The competition will be hosted at Strength Academy Wales (SAW), within the Pembrokeshire Sports Village. The venue is equipped with changing facilities and showers. These amenities are available for your use throughout the event.
  • Coaching Licenses: A valid coaching license and DBS are required by every coach at these events. Coaches will be required to show their license at the event. Please note: any coach who does not have a valid license will not be permitted entrance to the warm-up room under any exceptions. For more information on coaching licenses, click here.
  • Anti-Doping: This event is UKAD sanctioned and all anti-doping rules apply. Click here to view more information about anti-doping for more information.
  • Safeguarding: Safeguarding procedures will be enforced at this event. Safeguarding Officer Simon Roach will be in attendance at this event. Should you have any concerns relating to safeguarding, please inform staff as soon as possible. Visit the WW Safeguarding page for more information about safeguarding.
  • Spectators Tickets: Tickets are available to purchase on Eventbrite: Purchase tickets now! Tickets can also be purchased on the door with cash. General Admission: £7, Students: £5, Children under 10: FREE

Food and Refreshments

Hot and cold food and drinks will be available to purchase from 8:30am at the event at the food hub located just outside the venue. This includes hot breakfast rolls, hot and cold lunches and snacks.
