Yogability is the concept of mobility and yoga combined with a specific focus for athletes. Alecs discovered yoga after an Achilles injury, and found a way to adapt the movements to better suit her, and after experiencing the benefits herself, decided she wanted to share her knowledge with others.
Alecs believes that Yogability is something that can improve functional movement, and in turn functional movement can improve your ability to practice Yogability. She works with an impressive range of sports teams and clubs who have discovered the benefits of Yogability, including GB Rowing, Wales 7s squads, WRU Squad, Dragons Rugby, Bristol Bears Rugby, British Cycling, Welsh Rowing, Crossfit athletes, Swansea City Football, MMA, Swansea Uni Swim, Rugby and Netball, Cardiff Uni Rugby, Netball and Glamorgan Cricket.
