LONG TERM ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

Long-Term Athlete Development provides a strong foundation of necessary knowledge in all aspects of performance and life skills and ensures that all children correctly learn the fundamental movement skills, from a young age.

It is crucial for development of athletic potential and ensuring lasting enjoyment in sports participation. Focusing on a holistic approach, considering physical, psychological, and social development, rather than solely prioritising short-term performance gains.
