Happy New Year to all our Members!

We have a full calendar of events set to go ahead throughout 2022, and lots of activity planned to take place in our academies.

As well as national and local competitions, this year WW will be running its development squads, under 15's Academy sessions, launching the Future Coaches Program as well as the Raise the Bar program. We look forward to seeing lots of weight lifting taking place across Wales this year.

2022 is also a very exciting year with the Commonwealth Games to take place in Birmingham this summer. Our athletes are currently working towards the final qualification event; the British Championships 2022.

Our first event scheduled this year is the Welsh Age Groups and Para Powerlifting Open on 12th February, followed by the Welsh Open on 13th February (Bangor University).
